Arsalan is a solicitor in our Invercargill office Arsalan approaches his legal work with practicality and a solutions-oriented mindset, always aiming to provide clear, cost-effective advice. He has represented clients before Commissioners, Tribunals, the District and High Courts, the Employment Relations Authority, and the Employment Court.
With his experience in dispute resolution and litigation, Arsalan brings valuable risk assessment and risk management skills to his transactional work. When it comes to disputes, his motto is that the key to resolving them efficiently is to view them as transactions that can be smoothly concluded through constructive negotiation, with a pragmatic, business-minded approach.
